BlueGreenTest
BlueGreenTest® is a single-use rapid test for the detection of blue-green algae hepatotoxins in recreational water. The test detects the most common hepatotoxins - more than 90 microcystins and 10 nodularins
The rapid test is easy to use
The kit box contains a test kit pouch and disposable gloves. Each pouch contains a sample jar, pipette and test cassette. You will also need a clean bucket or equivalent large container for the water to be tested.
Please read the instructions that come with the product carefully before use!
Easy-to-use test
Fill the sample jar with the water to be tested.
A chemical reaction will heat up the sample jar.
Wait 10-15 minutes. Use the pipette to draw water from the sample jar and drop into the smaller well of the test cassette.
The test result is readable after 8 minutes when 1 or 2 lines appear on the test cassette
- One line at C means there is no toxicity in the water
- Two lines indicate toxicity.
